My Switch Supervisor Analog

The most essential device in the electrical panel, after the residual current device (RCD).

In your hands, you have a new innovative device – a supervisor – which controls the full operation of the electric water heater, offering the user the ability to save money, safety, and health.

The device My Switch MSS-21 It is DIN rail mounted and has all certifications according to the EU directive. EN-60730-1 and EN-60730-2-7 and is certified for an operating voltage from 90V up to 240V AC and current intensity 25A.

It is activated by pressing the button START and, without any other adjustment, supplies power to the water heater for the required time until the water is heated.

The supervisor My Switch MSS-21 It controls the electric current flow to the water heater’s heating element and automatically turns off when the water is heated and the thermostat cuts off the current flow.

Installation and wiring instructions

Before performing any action, please carefully read the instructions by following the steps below and correctly using the wiring diagram.

  • Turn off the main switch of the electrical panel.
  • Place the device next to the water heater switch.
  • Disconnect the water heater from the switch output and connect it to the output of the My Switch MSS-21 device.
  • Connect the switch output to the input of the My Switch MSS-21 device as shown in the diagram.

At terminal 3, you have a positive output for connecting an indicator LED.

User and Installation Instructions
Before handing over the project, testing is required to confirm that the device is functioning correctly. 
 

Verification of wiring and proper operation

The following steps are provided for checking the proper operation of the device.

  • Visually verify and confirm the correct wiring.
  • Turn on the main power switch and the water heater switch.
  • The red LED lights up on the device (power supply indication).
  • Press the START button located on the front panel of the device.
  • A green LED lights up on the device (indicating that the water heater is powered).

• If the green LED If the green LED turns on and off, check if the water is already warm.
If it is not, and no wiring issues are detected, there may be a fault in the water heater.
